"The owner of Harvey's, PJ McMillan, received tongue-in-cheek death threat texts when he closed this James Street favourite for a renovation recently. The savoury mince tortilla spiced with cumin, coriander, carroway, chipotle chillis, fennel, garlic, topped with avocado, sour cream and a poached egg is the hangover panacea of choice to which most regulars turn. There's plenty for the sweet tooth too, including some superior ricotta-buttermilk pikelets with caramelised banana and honeycomb butter."
